• Proofreading and short texts: per project
• Copy editing: per hour (depending on complexity and urgency)
• Content editing: per hour or per day (depending on complexity and urgency)
• Correcting/writing/rewriting: per job
• Conference services: cost upon request
• Training: cost upon request

No job is too small or large!

Most editorial services are charged on an hourly basis.

Payment

• EditOr Proof can bill and accept payment in Swiss francs, euros or dollars.
• Payment slip for postal or bank transfer

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.

The Small Print

Text formatting (margins, font style, size or color, character spacing, text effects, colors) is not included in the above services. The formatting of text and tables remains as received. Text formatting is available at extra cost.

Additional charges may apply if substantial changes to the text are requested after submission of the text to EditOr Proof.

EditOr Proof reserves the right to revise the cost estimate and final return delivery date in exceptional cases, after consultation with the client.
EditOr Proof charges CHF 50 minimum per job.
EditOr Proof charges an additional 7.7% VAT. VAT number: CHE-207.129.297 TVA.
EditOr Proof may request a down payment for large assignments.
